Overview
Floopy offers four plans designed to match your usage and stage. Each plan determines your monthly request allowance, rate limits, Feedback API access, and the depth of feedback-driven routing available to you. You can view your current plan and upgrade at any time from Settings > Billing in the dashboard.
Free
The Free plan is available to everyone and requires no payment method. It is designed for exploring the platform and validating fit.
- Basic monthly request allowance through the gateway.
- Rate limits (three-window sliding): 5 RPS / 50 per 10s burst / 60 RPM.
- Basic routing and logging.
- 7 days of log retention.
- No Feedback API access — feedback-driven routing unlocks on Starter and above.
- Your request data feeds the shared benchmark model, which improves routing quality for everyone on the platform.
Ideal for individual developers exploring Floopy or running a side project.
Starter — $29.90/month
The Starter plan is designed for early-stage agent builders who want to start capturing end-user feedback and get session-level request grouping.
- 100,000 requests per month through the gateway.
- Rate limits (three-window sliding): 20 RPS / 200 per 10s burst / 300 RPM.
- Feedback API — 500 events per month. Post end-user NPS and quality signals to
/v1/feedbackand see them grouped byfloopy-session-idin the dashboard. - 30 days of log retention.
- Full session, project, user, and custom-property tracking.
- Your request data feeds the shared benchmark model.
Starter is positioned as the onboarding tier for AI agent startups that want to instrument feedback today and turn routing on once they upgrade to Pro.
Pro — $199.90/month
The Pro plan is where feedback-driven routing turns on. It is designed for teams running agents in production that want Floopy to automatically route each request to the most cost-effective model that still meets quality.
Includes everything in Starter, plus:
- 100,000 requests included — additional requests above the included allowance are billed as overage at a per-request rate. Enable or disable overage in Settings > Billing.
- Rate limits (three-window sliding): 100 RPS / 1,000 per 10s burst / 10,000 RPM.
- Feedback API — unlimited.
- Feedback-driven routing — four signal sources (session NPS, LLM-as-judge, manual admin ratings, public benchmarks) combined with dynamic weights that shift based on data availability.
- Smart selectors — route to the optimal model based on cost, latency, or quality criteria.
- Regression monitoring — Floopy catches quality regressions when it switches models and auto-rolls-back.
- Advanced firewall — deeper prompt-injection and content-safety checks in addition to the default gateway protections.
- 2 years of log retention.
- Your request data feeds the shared benchmark model.
Enterprise — $1,999.90+/month
The Enterprise plan is for organizations with custom volume, compliance, or isolation requirements.
Includes everything in Pro, plus:
- Custom request volume and rate limits tailored to your traffic.
- Feedback API — unlimited.
- Feedback-driven routing + custom model — Floopy can train a private model on your data that does not mix with the shared pool.
- Opt-out of the shared benchmark model — your request data stays isolated to your organization.
- SLA, SSO, and SOC-2 — contractual uptime, single sign-on, and audited security controls.
- Custom log retention to meet compliance or audit needs.
- Dedicated support and onboarding assistance.

Changing Your Plan
To upgrade or downgrade, go to Settings > Billing in the dashboard and select the plan that fits your needs. Changes take effect immediately, and any unused balance is prorated.
The upgrade path is intentionally linear:
- Free → Starter when you want to start capturing end-user feedback via the Feedback API.
- Starter → Pro when you want Floopy to route automatically based on the feedback you’ve been collecting.
- Pro → Enterprise when you need custom volume, a private routing model, opt-out of the shared pool, or compliance guarantees (SLA / SSO / SOC-2).
